I have known Michael, both personally and professionally, for over fifteen years. When it came time to list a house and land we were selling, of course, we wanted to work with Michael. This is very important in East Hawaii, as conducting business personally, professionally and 'with Aloha' is appreciated by all. In the beginning of my home/land sale, Michael and I met and talked. He explained the market, I explained my goals and desires. Then together we formed a strategy which worked perfectly during bidding negotiations at escrow. I walked away receiving almost exactly my goal price - after negotiations. Michael explained every document, every step of the way, before I signed anything.
